Stuttgart Autotech is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers and employees. Although our business can and will remain open as an “essential” business according to Governor Kate Brown’s executive order, we need to comply with the provisions of Social Distancing policies to ensure the safety of both our customers and employees. While we have always had procedures in place to keep a clean and sanitary office and shop environment, we are taking additional precautions due to the recent COVID-19 virus pandemic. For the next foreseeable future, we will no longer be able to provide shuttle rides for our customers, and will no longer provide “while you wait” service appointments. Also, any consultations will need to be scheduled over the phone or via email, and not in person. We have always offered both after-hours vehicle drop-off and return pick up, and encourage customers at this time to utilize this service in lieu of coming into our office. In addition, upon vehicle check-in & drop-off, and after service and repairs are completed, we will be disinfecting and wiping down all high touch areas in your vehicle (steering wheel, door latches, gear shift knobs, keys, window switches, seats and all other high contact areas). As always, our technicians wear and use uniforms laundered on a daily basis and wear clean nitrile gloves while working. We apologize for any inconvenience, however the health and well-being of both you and our employees is of the highest concern at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
